1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the OneRange service, a preflop range study platform for poker, available at onerange.io.
2. Access to the Service
Access to range dashboards requires creating an account and subscribing to a paid monthly plan. The subscription grants access to all ranges in the subscribed pack for the duration of the paid period.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (tax included) on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. OneRange does not store any payment information. Billing is monthly, on the anniversary date of subscription.
4. Cancellation
Subscriptions are commitment-free. Users may cancel at any time from their account page or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after payment, which the user accepts upon subscribing.
6. Acceptable Use
- Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable
- Account sharing is prohibited and automatically detected
- Systematic copying, screenshotting, or redistribution of ranges is prohibited
- Real-time use during a playing session is prohibited
7. Availability
OneRange strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance interruptions may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
OneRange is a study tool. No guarantee of financial results is provided. Users use the ranges at their own risk and responsibility.
9. Changes to Terms
OneRange reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified by email or on-site notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.
